June 2006: American Seminar Leaders Association Awards Herndon CSL Designation

Pasadena, CA (June 24, 2006) - The American Seminar Leaders Association has awarded Keith Herndon its designation as a Certified Seminar Leader.

Herndon, who completed the requirements for the certification during a training seminar here, is president of Atlanta-based Internet Decisions, LLC, a strategic consulting business that specializes in e-Business.

"As a consultant, I'm always in front of groups of people - both large and small. The CSL training has helped me become a better presenter; one who is more prepared to take complex issues and explain them as meaningful stories," Herndon said.

Founded in 1988 by Paul Karasik, the ASLA ( is composed of seminar leaders, consultants, executive coaches and trainers who seek to enhance their professional skills and market their products and services more effectively. Now run by President June Davidson, the ASLA provides numerous training services and bestows the Certified Seminar Leader designation.

Before forming Internet Decisions, Herndon was an executive for many years with Cox, which included serving as Vice President of Planning and Product Development for Cox Interactive Media and Director of Operations at Cox Radio Interactive. Throughout his career, Herndon has been a featured speaker at numerous events including an IFRA Technology Conference, a BankOne E-commerce Conference, and a Technology in Entertainment Forum. He has been a frequent speaker at the University of Georgia, his undergraduate alma mater, and has served on the adjunct faculty at Kennesaw State University, where he has taught a course in media management.

Herndon told the ASLA he intends to use his CSL training to do more public speaking engagements to educate business managers about the Internet, e-Business and technology innovation.
