Beijing, China - August 11, 2011 - Dr. Keith Herndon, President of Atlanta-based Internet Decisions, LLC, accompanied a group of students and faculty from Kennesaw State University on an international study trip this summer.

The trip, which included Shanghai, Xian and Beijing, had an educational focus on international business communication and consulting. The group was hosted on the first leg of the trip by the Shanghai International Studies University. The group also met with leaders from numerous businesses and organizations including the American Chambers of Commerce in Shanghai and Beijing, B&L Group, Coca-Cola, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, KPMG, Siemens, Shanghai Television and UPS. The trip was organized and hosted by Dr. May Gao, an Associate Professor of Communication and Coordinator of the Asian Studies Program at Kennesaw State, along with Linda Malgeri, an Associate Professor of Accounting.

"The insights gained from this trip will be especially valuable in working with our clients," Dr. Herndon said. "Businesses of all sizes today must recognize the role China plays in our global economy; being on the ground there is an important component of the type of research we deliver. Our work is rooted in real-world experiences."

In addition to his position at Internet Decisions, LLC, Dr. Herndon is an adjunct professor at Kennesaw State University where he has taught a variety of communication courses. He has also taught media ethics and served as an executive-in-residence at the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia, his undergraduate alma mater.
